Stephanie came to the KSQ area in 2003 from California to pursue a professional riding career. Originally a 3-day event rider, she has galloped race horses, and is now professionally foxhunting. Over the years, she has become immersed in the "horse scene" of Chester County. Just minutes from downtown Kennett Square is the best of the best in all things horses. From Olympic level riders, hall of fame trainers, world class facilities, and thousands of acres of open space makes this area so special to Stephanie.
You may see Tasha being walked by her dog Chloe around town or running one of her two sons off to soccer practice or horse back riding lessons. Her passion is people; “Characters in Kennett” explores interesting, unique, and mostly bizarre people, and their qualities that connect our life journeys in our little mushroom growing community. Tasha currently writes her own blog sharing her life experiences and perspective as a sassy, forty-ish, divorcee, breast cancer survivor, mother, and exercise addict. She’s quite a character too! Get to know her and the “Characters in Kennett” by following her here, at Tasha Little or on Twitter.

Mike Hall is a chef and food enthusiast, inspired by the farm-to-table movement. Most recently he was the Executive Chef and Owner of Muse Restaurant in Oxford, PA. He and his wife, Shannon, moved to Chester County in 2002, where they raise their two beautiful daughters. As do most chefs, Hall has an extensive history of jobs since his graduation from The Philadelphia Restaurant School in 1997 but hit the pinnacle of his career in 2011 when him and Shannon opened Muse. It was a short lived project but only grew Chef Hall closer to the community and the local markets. Now in pursuit of educating, Hall has turned to his writing skills to fulfill his passion of the culinary arts. Looking to find new products, new places, and new styles to bring to your home. Hall believes life is an adventure. He will explore all things culinary about Kennett Square and as they say "an adventure doesn't begin until something goes wrong", so join Chef Hall in his adventure and his perspective. And if you can't find him in the kitchen he's probably mountain biking the trails in White Clay Creek State Park.

As a designer, I am inspired by all things creative…art, travel, food, architecture, and fashion to name a few. I love to combine classic elements, modern sensibility, and a hint of the unexpected in helping homeowners transform their spaces from ordinary to extraordinary. When it came to thinking about my design philosophy, the word haven seemed to sum it all up. Having two active elementary-aged boys, life gets pretty hectic. We all need a refuge from the daily chaos that life can bring. That is why I am passionate about creating gracious and functional spaces that are perfectly suited to my clients. Lisa O’Bryan Design offers a full range of design services, from freshening up existing spaces to managing complete renovations. Visit www.lisaobryandesign.com for more information.
